to the processing of personal data

The user, leaving a request, application on the website https://kraos.ru (hereinafter also referred to as the website), creating an account and / or agreeing to the offer on the website, accepts this Consent to the processing of personal data.

The user, acting freely, of his own will and in his interests, confirming his legal capacity, gives his consent to "KRAOS" (Kusa woodworking equipment plant "KRAOS", 456940, Russia, Chelyabinsk region, Kusa, ul. 3-go Internatsionala, 1, building 20) to process my personal data, both with and without the use of automation tools, for the purposes of processing incoming requests from individuals (users) for the purpose of consulting, sending comments to individuals (users); analyzing the actions of an individual (user) on the site and the functioning of the site; fulfilling obligations under the offer agreement accepted by the user on the site. In this case:

Consent is provided for the use of my following personal data: Last name, first name, patronymic; contact phone numbers; email addresses; place of work and position held; address; location information; type, version, language of the operating system, browser; type of device and its screen resolution; pages opened by the user; IP address.
2. The processing of my personal data may include the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

In the event of the personal data subject’s (user’s) withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, "KRAOS"has the right to continue processing such personal data in the cases stipulated by paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, paragraphs 2-10 of Part 2 of Article 10, Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
