Modernization log lathe OCS-2AM

We present our new upgraded version of the automatic log lathe OCS-2AM

Continuing restyled lineup log lathe of our production, we note some of the detailed design improvements machine OCS-2AM, namely:

1. There were comfortable opening the protective casing.
2. To eliminate backlash in the gear rotation beam (at the time of milling assembly and compensating grooves) in the design of the headstock was mounted brake elektroagnitny.
3. Rope supply chain is replaced by a carriage.
4. All mechanical limit switches are replaced with proximity sensors inductive type.
5. Updated the machine control unit, it appeared the main drive load indicators, independent adjustment of feed speed of the carriage in the processing of "cylinder" and a sample of "slot" in the control unit are mains-roof controller and varistor overvoltage protection.
